How can I pay?
We accept all payments through Paypal as it is the safest way to send and receive payments over the internet. You can also pay with Credit/Debit Card's, just choose to checkout as a guest on the Paypal Payment Screen.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
It usually takes between 1-3 working days to dispatch your order once payment is complete.
We usually use "Royal Mail Tracked 24" for letters and "Royal Mail Tracked 48" for packages .
International orders vary depending on size and weight but will usually arrive within 5-10 working days
We have absolutely no control over the amount of time it takes for a package to arrive at it's destination once shipped, please just be patient and let nature take it's course. It will get it to you as soon as possible!
Where will you post my order to?
For security, delivery will only be made to the confirmed postal address attached to the Paypal account that paid for the order. Please be sure that your address is correct and confirmed to avoid delays.
I don't want the item, can I return it?
We only accept returns for defective items. We do our best to check prior to being posted to avoid this happening. Not wanting the items any more is not grounds for retuning them.
If you have a defective item please contact me via the contact page or at pete.thenorwoodproject@gmail.com to arrange your return.
My order is damaged. What can I do?
Unfortunately we take no responsibility for lost or damaged packages due to bad handling of post office or redirected mail. We can however supply you with a proof of postage so you may claim back the loss from the Post Office or Courier Service used.
